Privacy Policy
What DevTools receives, what it keeps, and what it never keeps.
Input processed only in your browser
Values entered into the subnet calculator, CIDR converter, IP base converter, IPv6 compress/expand, MAC address tool, Base64 encoder, URL encoder, JWT decoder, timestamp converter, JSON formatter and converter, hash generator, regex tester, diff checker, UUID generator, QR generator, and cron parser are computed entirely within your browser and are not transmitted to any server. They are therefore never collected, stored, or read by us.
Input sent to the server
DNS lookup, reverse DNS, HTTP header inspection, and SSL certificate checking must send the domain or IP you enter to this site's server in order to work. The server uses that value to query an external resolver (Cloudflare, Google) or the target host, then returns the result. The my-IP tool displays the public IP you are connecting from along with Vercel edge region headers.
Values sent this way are used only to produce the response and are not written to any database of ours. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may retain request logs for a limited period for operations and abuse prevention, and those logs can include IP addresses and request paths; that retention is governed by Vercel's own policy.
Please do not enter other people's personal or non-public information into the lookup tools. They exist to inspect publicly published DNS records, certificates, and HTTP responses.
Cookies and advertising
This site serves ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads). You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
Ads are served only on tool pages. Policy and information pages, including this one, and the games section carry no ads.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which tools get used. Page view information is collected, and Google may set cookies as part of this. Values you enter into the tools are never sent to analytics.
Settings stored in your browser
Interface preferences, such as whether the sidebar is collapsed, are stored in your browser's localStorage. These stay on your browser, are never sent to a server, and are removed when you clear your browser's stored data.
